  • 00:56 RCEA is now Leadership Military Academy

We are excited to announce that effective October 7, 2019, the name of our school, Riverside County Education Academy will change to:

    LEADERSHIP MILITARY ACADEMY (LMA)

Prior to July 1, 2019, Riverside County Education Academy (RCEA) was a program under the Riverside County Office of Education (RCOE). We are now an independent, directly funded charter public school. The separation and name change allow our schools more independence from the County Office of Education and align itself with our military-themed educational environment.

Leadership Military Academy will continue to provide students with a positive learning environment enhanced by technology, small class sizes, and highly qualified staff. We will educate and support students in their post-secondary goals for college and career. We will continue to sustain WASC accreditation, AVID classes, and offer extra-curricular opportunities in CIF athletics, military drill competitions, parades, dances, and clubs.

Our highly qualified staff will continue to enable students to understand core ethical values, respect for self and others, and become responsible adults. The combination of rigorous learning opportunities, the practice of self-discipline in a military-themed environment ensures that every student can reach their full potential.

“The Mission of the Leadership Military Academy is to educate, train and inspire Corps of Cadets so that each student becomes a leader of character relying on the values of honor, courage, and commitment as a way to live
    a meaningful and productive
life as a member of our community.”

Should you have any questions regarding the name change, please feel free to contact your school principal.

    Sincerely,

    Santos Campos
    Executive Director
    Leadership Military Academy
